DIGIMON STORY TIME STRANGER PUTS THE FATE OF TWO WORLDS IN NINTENDO SWITCH PLAYERS’ HANDS ON 10 JULY
Lyon, France – 5 February,2026 – The fate of two worlds rests in players’ hands, when DIGIMON STORY TIME STRANGER launches for Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch. Published by Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe, and developed by Media Vision Inc., DIGIMON STORY TIME STRANGER is a visually stunning RPG where players can collect, tame and fight more than 450 Digimon. Having sold more than 1M units after its release last year on PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X|S and PC, the monster-taming adventure will arrive for Nintendo Switch systems beginning 10 July, with pre-orders now available for the Standard, Digital Deluxe, and Digital Ultimate editions.

DIGIMON STORY TIME STRANGER is designed to be the perfect entry point to the series for RPG enthusiasts. As an agent of ADAMAS, players find themselves thrown in the midst of a world-entangling event with both the human and the digital world on the precipice of ruin. To save both worlds, players must tame Digimon and work together with them, forging bonds and evolving their Digimon’s abilities for success in the game’s strategic, turn-based combat. Get ready for the journey of a lifetime and travel between the two worlds, and even across time. On Nintendo Switch 2, players will have the option of playing in Quality Mode (4K HDR, up to 30FPS docked; Full HD up to 30FPS handheld) or Performance Mode (Full HD, up to 60FPS docked and handheld).
Players who pre-order DIGIMON STORY TIME STRANGER will receive bonuses such as the Uniform of a Certain School costumes, Adventure Item set and Agumon (Black) and Gabumon (Black).
The Nintendo Switch version of the Season Pass will include the game’s three DLC packs, with each pack including five additional Digimon and an additional story episode. The Season Pass also includes the Golden Moai farm item which can be used to decorate the Digifarm. These DLC packs will release individually for Nintendo Switch systems in the months following release for season pass holders or for standalone purchase.

- Standard Edition: Base Game, Uniform of a Certain School costumes, Adventure Item set, Agumon (Black) and Gabumon (Black)
- Digital Deluxe Edition: All Standard edition content plus Cyber Sleuth Set Costumes, Season Pass
- Digital Ultimate Edition: All Digital Deluxe edition content plus Costume Pack (3 costumes per character, 3 additional side missions), Early unlocks of special Agumon and Gabumon, with their Digivolution conditions to specific Digimon already unlocked, Public Safety Suit Costumes and Special Supplies Set, Cyber Sleuth BGM Pack
