Windsor, UK – Konami Digital Entertainment B.V. announced today eFootball™ x Captain Tsubasa Collaboration Volume 2. The latest update includes brand new log in bonuses like special edition cards illustrated by “Captain Tsubasa” creator Yoichi Takahashi, including Neymar Jr. and Lionel Messi.
Also available are Epic cross-over cards between “Captain Tsubasa” characters and legendary real-life players celebrated for their attacking brilliance.

KONAMI has also launched today the ‘eFootball™ Championship 2025’ in-game qualifier for the eFootball™ Championship 2025 Open.
The ‘Open’is the qualifying round for the ‘eFootball™ Championship 2025’, which 39.76 million people participated in last year, this is an official e-sports tournament that all players can participate in. If they win through the ‘Open’ players will be able to compete for the title of world champion at the ‘eFootball™ Championship 2025 World Finals’, which is scheduled to be held in the summer of 2025.
Round 1 will be happening as part of the Challenge Event during Jan. 30 – Feb. 6.
Players who log in during the celebratory in-game campaign will receive an Item Selector, which can be exchanged for three in-game training programs. By joining PVP and Challenge events, players can unlock up to 40,000GP, two Skill Training programs, one Random Booster Token, and two Position Training items.
During Round 1, players can also earn rewards up to a maximum of 100 eFootball™ coins, 1,000 eFootball™ points, and 100,000GP based on the number of points they win.
