Mount & Blade: Warband Console Release Set for September 16th
ANKARA, Turkey – TaleWorlds Entertainment has set the date for Mount & Blade: Warband to charge onto Xbox One and Playstation 4 as September 16th. The game will cost $19.99/€19.99 worldwide on digital platforms, and at the same price in retail stores across Europe.
The release marks the series’ debut on consoles, after earning multiple accolades on PC, including ranking at 30th in PC Gamer’s Top 100 Games of All Time list for 2016 and receiving IndieDB’s multiplayer game of the year award 2010. Multimillion-selling Warband has an “Overwhelmingly Positive” rating on Steam, based on over 40,000 user reviews.
The console port, played by the public at Gamescom 2016, offers the complete experience from the PC version, up to 32-player multiplayer, enhanced texture detail and improved visual effects.
