Spring Season Hearthstone ESL Premiership ‘Clicks-Off’ Tonight!

16 players set to duke it out culminating in the grand final at London’s MCM Comic-Con on May 27th

ESL UK is proud to announce its Spring Season Hearthstone Premiership will ‘click-off’ tonight, with a whopping 16 players coming together to fight over a £6,500 prize pool over the next seven weeks before the grand final takes place at London’s MCM Comic-Con on May 27th.

This year’s Premiership features double the number of players compared to last year, including some familiar faces. All previous players who tried to requalify were successful, including last year’s four finalists. The Premiership will begin in a 16-man Swiss format, before switching into an 8-man Double Elimination.

Joe Fenny, ESL UK Talent Manager, said “Last year’s Premiership featured some explosive action, and with the line-up we have this year it’s set to be even bigger and better! The next seven weeks look set to be exciting from the get go, and I can’t wait to see who’ll be the last players standing by the time we venture to London’s MCM Comic-Con in May for the finals!”
