SUMO DIGITAL CONFIRMS CONTENT STREAMS FOR SDC 2022
The first-ever internal Sumo Developers Conference (SDC 2022) will take place in June 2022 in Sheffield.
The award-winning international family of game development studios is committed to ensuring its people have every opportunity to learn, progress and excel in their chosen career paths, or to explore new disciplines and skills within game development. SDC will bring together over 700 developers from all the Sumo Digital studios to learn from the experts, share their own knowledge, meet their peers, and build networks. The sessions will also be streamed live.
SDC 2022 will feature seven streams of content, each led by an expert in that discipline from one of Sumo’s studios, with further sessions and speakers from the studios to be confirmed in the coming months. The content streams and leads for next year’s conference are:
- Art - Pete Barnard, Sumo Leamington
- Audio - Pat Phelan, Sumo Sheffield
- Code - Pawel Rohleder, PixelAnt Games
- Design - Dan Pinchbeck, The Chinese Room & Andy Willans, Sumo Newcastle

- QA - Paul Klosowski, Sumo Sheffield
