Press release -
Tickets now on sale for MCM Comic Con May after massive October show
London, Wednesday, 29 October: ReedPop has now released tickets for the next MCM London Comic Con in May, after a hugely successful October show this past weekend. Tickets are available HERE.
Returning to Excel London from Friday 22 to Sunday 24 May, the May show will host a huge range of experiences for fans of film, TV, games, comics, and much more.
Attendees will find all the MCM Comic Con features they know and love, including The Treehouse, Artist Alley, Writers Block, Forest Glade, Tabletop Zone, Cosplay Central, Pop Asia stages, panels, celebrity photo autographs and more.
In addition to pop-culture features, gamers can expect to experience newer titles, indie-focused gaming, industry experts in attendance all three days, and guests from the world of video games.
This past weekend saw over 100,000 fans gather at MCM Comic Con for a packed schedule of geeky activities and panels from the casts of The Boys, Predator Badlands, God of War and other film, television and video game talent.
God of War stars Christopher Judge and Sunny Suljic took to the Main Stage on Friday, revealing behind-the-scenes stories from the making of the hit games. During the Panel, Chris teased a potential future God of War game, saying he hoped it would cover the Egyptian pantheon: “Because I became best known as Teal’c from Stargate, to go to Egypt would be a completion of my circle. But whatever is decided - wait… if there is another game, I have no doubt that no matter what pantheon it is, it will be great.”
October’s convention ended with a bang, as the stars of The Boys, Karl Urban, Karen Fukuhara, Laz Alonso and Tomer Capone shared stories from the making of the show and were surprised with two Guinness World Records – One for Most In-Demand Action-Adventure TV Show, and one for Most In Demand Superhero TV Show.
